Here's what everyone said at our AGM.. pls let me know if i have mis-represented u or left out something v v impt that u wanted to say/ said ya?

Syl: TQ non-sustainable- big group gathering once in a while. Need a prayer support group. If want BS, then can join in DM. responsibility of gathering not entirely on the leader. Go through life together. No end together.
Iris: tuan qi needs change as the members are in different life stages. Different “form” to meet up.
Char: outflow: discipling, giving of lives to the younger ones. Application of truth. Purpose of gathering: want to see Life change. Lacking: Bible Study.support group’s nature is to nurture. Personal pathway: “application bible study”. And worship. (sharing and prayer)
Shenny: still have bible study. Want to work towards a support group. Meeting up regularly. (twice a month) meet as a group every Sunday. Best to integrate into the second service system.
Shawn: continue to worship and pray as a fellowship. (any day)
Enhan: like to have LIFE Groups. Not to have too many people. Group of 5. not to do away with tuan qi. Meet twice a month. (weave it together with LIFE Group.) can have any leaders. Like to have LG on a Sunday.
Hanley: support group cannot stand on its own. Trying to come up with our own system of doing things. Waste of resources right now. Should try to integrate us into second service system.
Grace: different spiritual pathways. With an ultimate aim of keeping each other on track on the spiritual journey. Need to be supporting one another right now in the time of evolution. Need to be aware of people who are serving right now..
Robin: haven’t been around much of the year (as most would know), but there are some observations made. Think bible study is important, be it within tuanqi or within DM - to ensure constant spiritual feed. Frequent prayer meetings are important (prayer moves mountains!!), to pray for tuanqi (if you guys are still thinking of keeping tuanqi). I assume that since everyone’s got commitments (work,studies, etc..) and are too busy to meet up as tuanqi, turning to cell groups will be more effective in ministering to members.

Should change the format of meeting.
Life Group: Worship and prayer and accountability.
Need to have more prayer.
